- **Field Reps:** Earn a $150 bonus. 
- **Leadership Level Employees:** Earn a $300 bonus. 
- **Tile Level Employees:** Earn a $300 bonus.

### Wait for Confirmation

 
 A recruiter will reach out to you within 48 business hours to confirm that we’ve received your referral form and are processing your request. 

 
 

### Referral Interview

 
 If your referral’s skillset aligns with our needs, we’ll contact them to schedule an interview. 

 
 

### Next Steps

 
 A recruiter will keep you informed if your referral is offered a position. 

 

## Qualifications

 
 **Qualifications for getting paid for your referral:**

- The referred employee must maintain an **average project grade of 3.0 or higher.**
- Your bonus will be granted once the new employee **has reached 200 hours of work**.
- ***Tile Level Employees are required to complete 520 hours **before the referral bonus is granted.
