At InDemand Services, we believe in serving our community. We have one purpose, one “why,” that inspires everything we do. And that “why” is to “invest in the value of people.”
We feel that we have a large responsibility as a company to give back when and where we can, whether it be to our clients, our employees, or the community as a whole.
Grace Before Generosity, one of our five core values that help shape our daily actions, states our commitment to “positively impacting our employees and greater community through servant leadership and selfless giving.”
Our team provided groceries for 60 families by volunteering with the Millbrook United Methodist Church Food Pantry in Raleigh. Our goal is to volunteer with the church at least once every quarter.
We also spent some time this year volunteering at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina in Raleigh. While volunteering, we gave out over 35,000 Capri Suns alongside other assorted goods to those in need.
Seeing the radiant, joyful expressions on the faces of those receiving our donations gave us an overwhelming sense of fulfillment. Knowing that our assistance made a real difference for these families was incredibly rewarding. This kind of community involvement aligns perfectly with our constant pursuit of being a positive force for change.
At InDemand, we gauge our success based on the extent of philanthropic contributions we can provide annually.
Our passion for giving helps fuel our hope of positively impacting those around us, whether financially, educationally, or professionally. By giving back, we are putting in the work to help improve our community and inspire those around us.
