If your referral’s skillset aligns with our needs, we’ll contact them to schedule an interview.

A recruiter will keep you informed if your referral is offered a position.

Qualifications

Qualifications for getting paid for your referral:

  • The referred employee must maintain an average project grade of 3.0 or higher.

  • Your bonus will be granted once the new employee has reached 200 hours of work.

  • *Tile Level Employees are required to complete 520 hours before the referral bonus is granted.
